The price is largely dictated by the resolution and rarity of the actual laptop screen. 

Touch screen function may also increase the price of replacement, and most of the touch screens we do here on the Gold Coast cost $349-$449.

Some laptops, will require the full lid assembly to be replaced, which may cost from $449-$659. 

Apple MacBook screens are generally between $449-649. 

The good news is you can get a set price via quote upfront, before the repair is commenced. 

This quote is of course, obligation free, and the quote itself is free. 

All laptop screen replacements come with an iron clad 3 year warranty guarantee against any defects, pixilation, lines or other issues that may arise from the normal day to day operation of your laptop. 

However, if you are unlucky enough to damage the laptop screen again, it will not be covered by warranty, but please contact us and let us know. 

We will ensure you never pay full price twice. 

Every laptop we collect via courier will need to be in a box. It doesn’t have to be an actual laptop box, but it just needs something to protect it on it’s short trip.

We use a point to point courier service JET couriers who provide exceptional same day pick up and delivery for many central and southern Brisbane locations. 

For northern and western Brisbane locations we use Startack couriers overnight express services. 

There are different packing instructions and collection times vary, deepening on your exact suburb, and when you fill in the free quote form, we will advise, how to pack the laptop for the mail in repair.

We use a point to point courier service JET couriers who provide exceptional same day pick up and delivery. This means, we get your laptop on the same day, which dramatically reduces the repair time. 

JET couriers collect in the morning hours, and you can book on the same day if you contact us before 1030am Monday – Friday. 

The collection window, may be as follows 830am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 930am-1230pm, 10am-1pm, 1030am-130pm.

Collection may be from a residential address, a business premises, workplace or school. 

If you are unable to be there in the collection time, you may, if you deem it safe, leave it out for a driver to collect. 

Some areas on the Gold Coast may also be serviced by in house staff, so you can have it collected at various different hours throughout the day and evening. 

If the collection will not work, perhaps you can make it personally to our location near to the Arundel Shopping centre (Parkwood area)

Definitely. Check if we have the screen in stock using either the form, SMS or email. 

If we do, we can complete the repair the same-day. 

If you are unable to make it to our workshop, there are options for a premium pick up and return service. 

Yes we do! If you have more than one laptop for repair, please make that known at the time you request your quote. 

There may be some movement on price for school laptops, uni students and seniors, so don’t hesitate to make that inquiry when you get your quote. 

There may also be the option from time to time to have a used laptop screen installed, or have one with a minor imperfection installed at a discounted rate. 

Payment is only required prior to the return of your laptop, so you will have no out of pocket up front expenses. After the repair is completed, we can even send you a photo on request of your completed repair, to ensure everything is functioning 100% before any funds change hands.

To keep the laptop screen clean, a small amount of dishwashing liquid and water and a wet and dry rag or cloth may be used in conjunction to keep the screen clean. 

Try not to touch your laptop screen, unless it is a touch screen enabled device. 

To prevent a future break, crack or internal bleed, extra care should be given when transporting your laptop, and when packing the laptop in a laptop bag for transport, ensure the charger or other hard objects are placed on the underride of the laptop, and not the screen side.
